Ingredients
Tomato -1 Big
Ginger -1’’ piece
Green Chili -2
Oil -1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds -a pinch
Chop tomatoes and ginger and green chili. Pour the oil in a hot pan and pop in some mustard seeds,then add all the ingredients and sauté in low flame for about 10 minutes. Its my easiest recipe when I get late to make our breakfast.
