Poori


Ingredients
Atta                                                    -1 cup
Water                                                 -1/2 cup
Salt                                                     -as needed
Oil                                                       -1 cup
Add wheat flour/atta into a bowl and add some salt and mix together. Add water little by little mix the atta to form dough. Then add some oil and knead it well again. Spread some oil in your palm and make medium balls from this dough. Spread your working surface with some all purpose flour roll out the ball into about 3’’ round.Then when the oil is hot put the round into the oil, Press it very gentle.Then turn over and fry the other side.I will give you some tips to make your poori soft. Its my mamas tip after making the dough wrap it in the muslin cloth which is dipped in water and dried out by pressing.
