Ingredients
Chicken Franks -4
Pepper Powder -1 Tablespoon
Onion -1 Big
Ginger -1” piece
Oil -3 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce -2 Tablespoon
Chilli Sauce -1 Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce -2 Teaspoon
Salt -as needed
Make slits in chicken franks and marinate with pepper powder.Then fry in the oil and keep it aside. When its cool cut them into medium piece.In the same oil sauté the onion and ginger which is chopped. When the onions turn golden color add chicken franks and then add all the sauces. Close the lid and turn it low flame and keep it for about 2 minutes. Serve hot .
