Ingredients
- Prawn -10
- Cumin Seeds -1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger -3 inch piece
- Garlic -5 Pods
- Green Chili -5
- Onion -2 Big
- Tomatoes -1 Big
- Capsicum -1/2
- Chili Powder -4 Table spoon
- Turmeric powder -2 Teaspoon
- Garam masala -1 Teaspoon
- Oil -45 Tablespoon
- Salt -as needed
This recipe is not completely mine, I read it in one of the magazines but I added my own twist to it .Marinate the Prawn with 1 tablespoon chili powder,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and some salt and keep it aside for about 1 hour. Chop the onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Heat the pan and add oil and slightly shallow fry the marinated prawn. Grind the ginger garlic and green chilies. Pour oil into another pan and sauté the chopped onion grinded ginger garlic mixture and then tomatoes. Sauté it in low flame for 10 minutes..Add the remaining chili powder and turmeric powder and the garam masala. And you can also the oil in which prawn was fried{only add a teaspoon}
