Ingredients
- Egg -2
- Onion -1 Big
- Tomatoe -1 Small
- Ginger -1 Inch
- Oil -3 tablespoon
- Mustard -1/2 Teaspoon
- Cloves -4-5
- Salt -as needed
- Water -2 cup
In a pan add 1 cup of water and put some salt and drop the egg gently and let it boil for about 10 minutes in high flame. After that take the egg and put it in cold water so that you can easily peel of the skin. In another pan add some oil and pop the mustard seed and cloves. Then add chopped onions and ginger and sauté it till the onion become translucent. Then add chopped tomatoes and saute it for about 5 minutes in low flame. Then add the chili powder and turmeric powder and a pinch of garam masala.Mix it well and add ½ cup of water and close the lid and cook it for about 5 minutes in high flame.Your egg and onion is ready.Can eat it with chapathi,poori appam … I for got to tell add some curry leaves you get a different taste
