Ingredients
- Chicken -500g
- Chili Powder -1/2 Teaspoon
- Pepper powder -1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder -1/2 Teaspoon
- Onion -1 Big
- Green chilli -2
- Ginger Garlic Paste -1 Tablespoon
- Honey -1 Tablespoon
- Soy sauce -2 Tablespoon
- Salt - as needed
- Corriander Leaves -as required
- Oil -2 Tablespoon
Marinate the Chicken with Chili powder,Pepper powder, Turmeric Powder and salt.Chop the onions and green chilli. Heat the pan and pour the oil. Saute the onions along with ginger garlic paste.When the onions become translucent add the marinated chicken.Then add Honey and also the soy sauce.Close the lid and keep it in low flame till the chicken is perfectly cooked.Dont forget to add the salt.Taste it if you want little more spicy then only add pepper powder or chili sauce.Garnish with coriander leaves.
