Ingredients
- Spinach(Cheera) -1 Cup
- Mustard Seeds -1/2 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds -1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil -2 Tablespoon
- Coconut shredded -1/2 cup
- Shallot -2 nos
- Ginger -2 inch piece
- Salt -as needed
Grind the shallots and ginger and mix with shredded coconut. Heat the pan and pop in the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Chop the spinach and put them into the oil and mix it very well and salt. Press the spinach into the pan and close the lid and cook it in low flame. When the spinach is cooked and the shredded coconut which is mixed with ginger and shallots.
