Ingrediants
- Liver -1/2 kilo
- Chilly powder -3 Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder -1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt and Water -as needed
- Coconut Oil -2 tespoon
- Shallot -10(chopped)
- Green Chilly -4
- Ginger -2'' piece crushed
- Garlic -10 crushed
- Curry leaves -a handfull
- Tomato -2
- Pepper Powder -1 Teaspoon
After some time add chopped tomatoes and saute it till the tomatoes become mushy.Then add the cooked liver along with the gravy and cook. When the oil becomes clear add pepper powder and for garnish if you want with corriander leaves...It is tasty along with appam and chappathi....
