Ingredients
- Flour -2 Cups
- Salt -Pinch
- Cocoa powder -2 Tablespoon
- Colour -2 Tablespoon
- Butter -2 Sticks
- Sugar -2 Cups
- Eggs -2
- Butter Milk -1 Cup
- Vanilla extract -2 Tablespoon
- Baking Soda -1 Tablespoon
- Cream cheese - 200g
- Powdered sugar-2 cup
Mix flour and salt together.To cocoa powder add colour you are using,i used red colour.Whisk it till it become smooth.Whisk butter and sugar till it become fluffy.Add one egg at a time and whisk.Mix flour,vanilla extract,butter milk,color cocoa paste alternatively.If you are having vinegar add baking powder to it and then mix it to the cake batter.I was not having vinegar so i directly put into cake mixture.Check that every bit of batter is the color is that you mixed.Grease and flour th tin.Divide the batter into 3.and bake 3 times.While its baking add cream cheese butter and powdered sugar untill creamy.Dont forget to add vanilla extract to this also.But i added pineapple.Place first layer of the cakes spread the frosting and make it even with a spatula.Then place 2nd layer then frosting again.If you have 3rd layer then do the same.Spread the frosting entire cake.Refrigerate.I decorated it with powdered cake.You can also decorate with cherries and chocolates
