Crab in coconut


Ingredients
  1. Crab                     -1 kg
  2. Shredded coconut -1 Cup
  3. Ginger                   -1 small piece
  4. Cinnamon              -1 Stick
  5. Cloves                   -2-5 pods
  6. Tomatoes              -1 big
  7. Chili powder         -1 Teaspoon
  8. Turmeric Powder   -1/2 Teaspoon
  9. Coriander Powder -1 Tablespoon
  10. Oil                         -1/2 a cup
  11. Mustard                 -1 Teaspoon
  12. Salt                        - as needed
When you look at the photo there wont be any difference between the last photo of crab,but i can assure it taste very much different.In a pan put oil ,cinnamon, cloves and shredded coconut and fry it till it become a golden brown color.Then grind it,don;t grind into very smooth paste.After that i another pan pour some oil  and put mustard.When they pop add ginger and tomato and saute it for about 10 minutes in very low flame.Then add chilly,turmeric and coriander powders.Again saute it in very low flame for about 3 minutes.Add Crab and also the coconut mixture to it and mix it.Dont forget to add salt .If you need more curry increase the amount of water to add.[dont add too much of water it will reduce the taste also]Close the lid and keep it high flame for about 6 minute.
