Ingrediants
- Flour -1 Cup
- Coconut Scrappings -1 Cup
- Sugar -4 Tablespoon
- Water -1 Cup
- Salt -needed
- Cardamom -1 pinch(powdered)
Make a batter with flour and water.The batter should be in a medium consistency.You can add egg to this if you want.Also if you want you can make the batter with milk instead of water.Add salt.mix cocnut scrapping,sugar and cardamom powder together with a spoon.Heat the pan .If you are not using the nonstick pan don't forget to grease the pan with cooking oil.Fill the ladle fully and pour into the center of the pan and spread it in a circular way.Close it with a lid.After some time open the lid and flip the dosa.Keep that side for about a half a minute .After making all dosa, take the coconut scrapings with sugar in a spoon and put it in the center of the dosa in length wise,After that fold into roll.Serve,the kids will love t.When i was at school my mom used to make me this in the evening.
