Ingrediants
- Green Gram -1 Cup
- Sugar -4 Tablespoon
- Salt -a Pinch
- Flour -1 Cup
- Water -1 Cup
Soak the green gram in water for about 3 hours.When we soak it will only a take a small time to cook.In a pressure cooker add soaked and drained green gram with salt and 1/2 cup water.And keep it in high flame till 1 whistle.Turn off the flame and give it a rest.Meanwhile mix the flour and water to form a batter with thick consistency.Open the cooker and if there is water then add sugar.If there is no water left taken the sugar in another pan with 4 tablespoon of water,boil it till all the sugar is dissolved.Add this to the green gram.Make balls out of this dip it flour mixture and deep fry.
