- White Anchovy Fish - 1/2 Kg
- Coconut Cream -1 Cup
- Ginger - 2'' Piece
- Coconut Scrappings -1 Cup
- Green chilly -3
- Turmeric powder -1/2 Tablespoon
- Salt -needed.
- Curry Leaves -Hand full
Clean and wash anchovy fish. Put Turmeric powder and salt in the coconut cream,add the fish and close it with a lid for about 10 minutes in low flame.Open the lid and after that if still water is present, keep the lid open till there is no water.While cooking this ina jar add ginger,green chilly and coconut scrappings and just give it a small grinding till they mix well.When the fish is done add the this crushed coconut,green chilly and ginger mixture and mix it well.You can also add curry leaves while grinding coconut mixture.If you dont have cocnut cream dont feel sorry,you can add water instead of it.
