Fish Chilly (മീന്‍ മുളകിടത്ത് )


Ingredients

1.Fish                      - Any type 2
2.Chilly Powder -1 tablespoon
3.Turmeric powder   -1/2 tablespoon
4.Tamarind               -1 lemon size
5.Ginger                   -1"
6.Garlic                    -4 Pods
7.Curry leaves         -1 handfull
8.Oil                       -1 teaspoon
9.Onion                  -1 chopped
10.Tomato              -1 small
11.Water                -11/2 cup
12.Salt                   -needed

Clean and cut the fish.Soak the tamarind in water and keep it for about 15 min.
By the time chop onion and tomato.Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Squeeze and filter  the pulp of the tamarind in the soaked water.To this add chilly powder, 
turmeric powder and salt.Add onions and tomatoes this and keep it in low flame till 
it boils.When it boils add the cut fish and also the curry leaves.Keep it in loww flame
till the fish is cooked nicely.Turn off the heat and add some coconut oil into it.
(Secret between me and you the curry will be much tastier when it is cooked it clay pot.)
