Ingredients
1.Bananan - 2
2.Sugar -1 Tablespoon
3.Salt -1 Pinch
4.Flour -1 Cup
5.Water -1/2 Cup
6.Oil -2 Cups
Method
Peel and cut the banana into 2 and then cut into length wise,Make sure that you don't cut very thick.Then mix sugar,salt and flour and water.Make them into batter.Please don't make the batter too watery and use of sugar is optional,but i use sugar. Then dip the banana in the batter and deep fry.Turn it and take it off when both the sides become golden color.Remove them from oil and keep it ona tissue paper,so that excess oil is absorbed by the paper.Serve them hot.Yummy!!!
