Ingredients.
Crab -1kg[cut into pices]
2.Onion -3 medium size
3.Ginger Garlic paste -1 Tablespoon
4.Tomato -1 medium
5. Cardamom -4 pods
6.Cinnamon -3 sticks
7.Cloves -4 pods
8.Chilli Powder -1 tablespoon
9.Turmeric Powder -1 tablespoon
10.Corriander Powder -1.5 tablespoon
11.Garam Masala -half a teaspoon
12.Cumin powder -half a teaspoon
13.Mustard -1 teaspoon
14.Coconut Oil -4 tablespoon
15.Curry Leaves -1 handful
16.Water -1 cup
17.Corriander Leaves -1 handful
Add oil to the pan when it is hod add cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and curry leaves.
Then add chopped onions.Saute well in low flame.When the onions color is changed
add ginger garlic paste..When you get a nice smell add chilly,turmeric and corriander
and cumin powder.Add garam masala and salt.Then add fine chopped tomatoes.Add water
and also dont forget to add crab.Close the lid and keep in flame for a 6-7 minutes
in a low flame.Open the lid and if you find the masala is very thick
then add some more water.Splatter some mustard and add this into the masala.Finally garnish
with some corriander leaves.
