Ingrediants
- Potato -1 Big
- Onion -1 Small
- Ginger -1 Inch piece
- Green Chilies -2 Big
- Oil -1 Tablespoon
- Mustard -1 Teaspoon
- Water - ½ cup
- Salt -Pinch
- Turmeric Powder - Pinch
Dice the potato into small pieces and also chop the ginger and onion and also the chilies. Heat the pan and pour the oil and pop the mustard. Then add chopped ginger, green chili and onion and sauté them for 2 minutes in low flame. Then add diced potato. To that add water, salt and turmeric powder. Close the lid and cook for about 7 minutes in low flame and cook. And if water remains open the lid and cook. Make sure that potato is cooked. You can also add the dry red chilies. It was my first time I was cooking this and turned out tasty tasty
