Pan Cake


Ingredients
1.      Flour                     -1/2  Cup
2.      Sugar                    -2 Tablespoon
3.      Salt                       -Pinch
4.      Milk                      -4 tablespoon
5.      Egg                       -2  Seperated
6.      Baking Powder   -1 Tablespoon

Separate the eggyolk and white.And beat the egg white till it become fluffy.Add flour, salt ,sugar, milk ,baking powder and egg yolk and mix them well till it make thick batter. You can add milk if you need it.Then fold in the beaten egg white. Keep It aside for a little while.Heat the pan pour the batter and turn it other side when one side become golden brown color.You can also add the flavor you need to it
