Ingredients
- Beans -1/2 Kg
- Coconut -1/2 Cup[shredded]
- Shallots -3
- Oil -1 Tablespoon
- Mustard -1 Teaspoon]
- Salt -as needed
- Curry leaves -a handful
- Green Chilies -2-3 split in length wise
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 Pinch
- Water -1/2 Cup
Splatter some mustard seeds into oil and put the beans which is cut into small pieces.Then add Green chilies,Salt ,turmeric powder and water.close the lid and cook for about 7 minutes.Mean while grind coconut powder ,shallots.Only just give a round of 1 or 2 in the jar.Open the lid and dry off the remaining water.Then add this grinded coconut.Beans thoran thayyar
